Cute interior. Very farm to table vibes. Looks to have plentiful outdoor seating, smaller indoor and a small private room. Went on a Wednesday late afternoon so very little crowd. Was able to be sat immediately. Emma our server was great. We got there right at 4 so they had initially given us the lunch menu but had to switch to a dinner menu. Can I just say everything was great but the Meatballs stole the show for me! Great flavor. The Schnitzel was fried perfectly and the steak we think was sous vide style because it was so tender and no grill marks. Would definitely come back here when we come down to Fredericksburg.

EXCELLENT FOOD PROFESSIONAL SERVICE My wife and I spend some time in Fredericksburg. And of all the many many many restaurant choices in town we chose Hill & Vine. And that turned out to be a real good choice. The place offers inside and outside seating. We chose outside. The hostess was real kind and attentive. The service staff is polite and professional really making sure you have a good time. Our waitress also recommended some wines after we told her which kind we like. And it turned out real well. The menues - food and beverage - are nice. Good and not too many selections. The food was awesome and the wines we had also great. So overall an excellent experience. Definitely a visit if in town.

5 Stars We wrapped up our weekend with brunch at Hill & Vine, and it was the perfect way to end the trip! The food was absolutely on point. Our server, Kendra, was fantastic—super patient and gave us awesome recommendations. I went with the TX Biscuits and Gravy, and let me tell you, come hungry! A massive jalapeno cheddar biscuit smothered in rich country gravy, topped with over-easy eggs and crispy bacon. Pure comfort food heaven. My wife had the chicken and waffles, schnitzel-style chicken drizzled with honey—she gave it a big thumbs up! If you're in Fredericksburg and want great flavor and a full belly, Hill & Vine is a must-visit.

I came to Fredericksburg for a little getaway for 3 days and I came and ate at this restaurant 3 times! Two dinners and one time for brunch. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and delicious! Will definitely be back! The watermelon salad is amazing! Also I don't drink and they made me a delicious mocktail mojito! Gluten friendly options available.

Food was delicious and a perfect ending to a romantic getaway. After sleeping in and wanting brunch we stumbled upon this gem. Loved the atmosphere. So lively and modern. Service was great and everything we ate was delicious. Portions are big enough to share and prices are comparable to the area. Highly recommend!

The ribeye was incredible. It came out a little overdone, and without me even saying anything, the staff noticed that it was medium well and brought that one that was medium rare and even comped us a dessert. The cocktails are incredible. The Texas two step is great for whiskey. The cornbread is incredible even for someone from Kentucky

One of our favorite stops on our 4 day Fredericksburg trip. Very nice interior and outdoor eating areas. The food was great. We had the fried chicken sandwich with fries and the Bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado sandwich with tomato basil soup. I will say the soup was too chunky and I felt like I was eating marinara sauce instead of soup.
